What methods of payment do you accept?

How are utilities charged?

Utilities are already included in your rent except your electricity bill. The billing process is transparant and simple,so you will always know what to expect. No hidden fees, no extra costs, no surprises.

Is there a security deposit?

You have to pay Rs.10000/- as security deposit (SD) if you opt for twin sharing room and Rs.15000/- in case of single room. The SD amount will be refunded on 10th of corresponding month once after your check-out.

Is there an application fee?

Not at all !

Are there any additional fees?

No! We value transparency, ease and convenience so what you see is what you get. There are no unexpected fees.
