About the accommodations
What is shared/community-based living?
Our community living culture allows residents to enjoy the use of shared spaces that improve their quality of life by facilitating greater comfort and convenience, lower cost, and a sense of social belonging. There is a collaborative mindset where inmates share similar values and feel connected to their peers and to their local community through specially curated events which cater to a variety of interests and experiences.
How many beds do you have?
@ Vihanga
We have 54 beds in total of 32 rooms comprising 12 single, 18 twin sharing rooms and 2 three sharing rooms. The rooms feature single, twin sharing with all single beds/ big king size bed depending on the room category.

Our rooms are move-in ready, including utilities, Wi-Fi, furnishings and flexible leasing - we’ve got it all covered.
As an UptownStays resident, you get access to dining area & a fully equipped self-cooking kitchen terrace area.

24/7 CCTV cameras.
Swipe cards at Q City Branch/Locks at Vihanga Branch for each room.

What are your security features?
Do you have power backup?
Yes, @ Uptownstays - Vihanga branch, we have 63 KV diesel generator set as backup which connects to fans, lights in all the rooms, lights of corridor & terrace, lifts, borewell & sump motors, Wi-Fi network and CCTV security system.
Do you offer housekeeping services and what exactly do they include?
Yes, we do! Twice a week housekeeping, which covers surfaces, sweeping, mopping, removing garbage and cleaning of washrooms.
